Altis Packs is a manufacturer of premium corrugated boxes, printed packaging, export packaging solutions, die-cut boxes, e-commerce packaging, corrugated rolls, and customized packaging products for businesses across India. Our website provides information about our products and services and allows customers to submit enquiries and request quotations.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, and technical information are accurate. However:
Altis Packs reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice to improve quality or manufacturing processes.
All quotations provided by Altis Packs are subject to product specifications, based on the information provided by the customer, valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation, and subject to raw material availability and market conditions. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until accepted by both parties in writing.
Orders are considered confirmed only after written approval of the quotation, final confirmation of product specifications, artwork approval (where applicable), and receipt of any agreed advance payment. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
As we manufacture customized packaging solutions, customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions and artwork. Final approval of design proofs is the customer's responsibility. Production begins only after written approval. Altis Packs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Product prices may vary based on quantity ordered, material specifications, printing requirements, customization, delivery location, and market fluctuations in raw material costs. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed: advance payment may be required before production, balance payment shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule, and delayed payments may result in production or delivery delays. Altis Packs reserves the right to suspend future orders in case of outstanding dues.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Delivery schedules may be affected by customer approval delays, raw material availability, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control. While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery. Any concerns regarding quantity, visible damage, or incorrect products should be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Due to the customized nature of our packaging products, custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our QA lab. Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse are not eligible for replacement.
All website content, including logos, product images, photographs, graphics, text, layout, icons, videos, and brochures, are the intellectual property of Altis Packs unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Any drawings, product specifications, packaging designs, pricing information, or business information shared between Altis Packs and its customers shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altis Packs shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or delays caused by third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
Altis Packs warrants that products are manufactured according to the agreed specifications and undergo quality inspections before dispatch. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, excessive moisture, incorrect product application, normal wear and tear, or customer modifications.
Altis Packs shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government actions, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, power failures, or raw material shortages.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Altis Packs does not control or endorse the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
